E2. Cable rear delt fly
2 x 15-20

F. Incline Bicep curl

2 sets
- supinated grip x 8-12
- hammer grip x 6-8

Incline curls, either with dumbbells or cables, are arguably one of the most effective bicep exercises.

Here is a variation I have used for years and has proven effective.

Triple set of: (x 2 sets)

A. Supinated wide curl to the outside of the shoulders x 10

B. Hammer curl x 8

C. Supinated narrow curl into the chest: x 6
